The Abu Dhabi Big Ticket Lottery draw was held yesterday. Raisoor Rahman won the first prize of Dh10 million. Its value in Indian rupees is 22 crores 73 lakhs 55 thousand 803 rupees. Rahman has been collecting lottery tickets and participating in sweepstakes for the past one and a half years.
