Police have arrested 3 more people in connection with the murder of Bahujan Samaj Party state president Armstrong.
Armstrong is the president of the Tamil Nadu Bahujan Samaj Party. On the 5th, he was seriously injured when a gang of 6 people attacked him while riding a two-wheeler near his house. Neighbors who saw this immediately rescued him and admitted him to Chennai Creams Road Apollo Hospital. And the scene went viral on social media. He died shortly after being admitted to the hospital. The police have so far arrested 18 people in connection with the incident.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested 3 more people in Armstrong’s murder case. Mukilan alias Appu, Vijayakumar and Mukundan are arrested and interrogated by the special police. Already, 18 people have been arrested, now 3 more have been arrested. After this, 21 people have been arrested in this case so far. An order has been issued to remand the 3 arrested persons in judicial custody till August 9.
