Delhi: Prime Minister Modi gave his views on Union Budget 2024 presented today. In it, he mentioned that this budget is meant to empower people from all walks of life.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Union Budget 2024 in Parliament today. In it, various schemes were announced with emphasis on women, poor, youth and farmers. In particular, there were various schemes like hostels for maids, 300 units of free electricity through solar, subsidy for first-time job seekers, Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture sector.
After the presentation of the budget, Prime Minister Modi told reporters that the Union Budget has empowered all the people. It is a budget tabled with a vision. A budget that empowers all and uplifts every strata of our society. He mentioned that the budget will pave the way for a bright future for all.
He added that this budget aims to empower the middle class people as well. This budget is meant to support education and skill development. This budget has brought strong schemes to empower the tribal community, dalit and backward class. This budget will help ensure economic contribution of women.
This budget has provided a new path for small businessmen and small workers to progress. The budget has given more attention to manufacturing and infrastructure. It will help in economic development.
About 25 crore people have come out of poverty in the last 10 years. Prime Minister Modi expressed his appreciation for the budget saying that there are more opportunities in this budget than ever before for the younger generation.
