Physical examination
The cybercrime police interrogated Chavuk Shankar from 11 am in the premises of Coimbatore Police Training School. The hearing continued till 4 pm. Following this, he was brought to Coimbatore Government Hospital. There, a physical examination was conducted on him for more than an hour.
Appeared in Coimbatore Court
After the physical examination, the police brought Chavku Shankar to the Kovi court. The police produced Chavik Shankar in the presence of Judge Gopalakrishnan of the First Criminal Court of Coimbatore. Subsequently, the judge kept Chavik Shankar in a separate room and interrogated him.
14 days court custody
About 3 hours after his appearance in the court, Judge Gopalakrishnan ordered that Chavku Shankar be remanded in judicial custody for 14 days. After that, the police took Chavik Shankar to jail.
