In the petition filed by Natarajan from Sivaganga, a company named ‘Neomax’ Properties (P) Ltd. was acting under the leadership of Madurai.
Its directors are Veerashakti, Kamalakannan Balasubramanian, etc. This company has offices in many districts like Madurai, Dindigul Palayangottai, Kovilpatti, Trichy, Thanjavur, and if you invest in their financial institution, you will get 12% to 30% interest per month. They collect investments by promising that they will double in 2.5 to 3 years.
Suit for confiscation of property:
Many people have invested crores of rupees believing this. But as said, they have cheated by not giving interest to anyone. As a result, many people filed a complaint with the Madurai Economic Crimes Police.
Based on this, the police who registered a case, including Kamalakannan, Balasubramanian, Kapil, Veerashakti, were arrested and sent to jail and are currently on conditional bail.
In this case, the bail of several people including Kapil is pending. In this case, Balasubramanian Muthukumar Ramya Sasikala Karthikeyan Ilayaraja Charles Ghatishbabu and others involved in fraud by running Natarajan Finance Company from Sivaganga have bought a large amount of property with the fraudulent money.
