Private plant at Chipgat
It is said that Venkatesan, a resident of Mughalivakkam area in Chennai, is a lorry driver and was on his way to Oragadam through Singaperumal temple highway of Sriperumbudur by loading iron products from a private factory in Vallam Chipgat near Sriperumbudur.

At that time, when crossing Vallam area, the Sami procession left from the Amman temple, due to which there was a crowd of people on the highway going to Oragadam, Venkatesan honked the horn to pick up the truck, then there was an argument between Dharma, the husband of Vallam Panchayat Council, and the truck driver Venkatesan.
The youths wrapped the lorry
It is said that the youths from the area saw it and attacked the lorry driver Venkatesan, who got scared and took the lorry towards Oragadam, while some youths from the area followed and caught the lorry under the Oragadam flyover.

The lorry driver Venkatesan was attacked in a murderous frenzy, while his neighbors admitted him to a private hospital in Porur, he was given first aid and admitted to the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai for further treatment, where he is undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit.
Oragadam police investigation
And the Oragadam police was informed about this attack matter, on the basis of which the police registered a case, the police arrested three persons namely Manikandan, Kala Vendan and Mohanraj from Vallam area who were involved in the attack, and the police produced the three persons in the court and put them in jail.
