Later, until the environmental department of IIT, IIM submits an environmental safety report on Ooty and Kodaikanal, as an interim measure, the e-pass procedure followed during the Corona period should be brought in and this e-pass procedure should be effective from May 7 to June 30. , the court said that the Tamil Nadu government should quickly arrange the action plans for this.

In the e-pass, the details of the vehicle, how many people are traveling in the vehicle and how many days they will be staying should be mentioned in the High Court order. The court order also mentioned that this e-pass is not applicable to local people.
