Tirupati special darshan fee, lattu price reduced? Description of Devasthanam

The Devasthanam has denied reports that special entry darshan fees and lattu prices have been reduced in Tirupati.

Lattu Prasadam is offered to devotees who visit the Eyumalayan temple in Tirupati Tirumala. A Latte is provided free with Darshan ticket. Apart from this, additional latts can be purchased at the counters if required. Here a Ladtu is sold for Rs 50.

Besides free darshan in Tirupati, you can pay Rs.300 and book through the website for quick darshan.

In this case, news has been spreading on social media for the past few days that the price of Lattu Prasadam in Tirupati has been reduced from 50 rupees to 25 rupees and the special entry darshan ticket fee has been reduced from 300 rupees to 200 rupees.

Similarly, another information was also spread in some WhatsApp groups. In it, it is stated that special entry tickets can be obtained at a higher price along with the phone numbers of some people. After this information spread on social media, many people contacted the Devasthanam administration and asked for an explanation.

In this situation, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has immediately given an explanation. It is said that;

The news on various social media sites that Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has changed the Tirumala Srivari Lattu and Special Entry Darshan ticket fee is untrue. There is no change in the special entry darshan ticket of Rs.300 and the price of lattu prasadam at Rs.50.

Devotees are requested to book darshan tickets through the official website of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in).

A certain amount of tickets are also allotted to the tourism departments of various states. Devotees who wish to come through the tourism department can book and get darshan tickets through the tourism department website of the respective states without approaching brokers. It has come to the notice of the Devasthanam’s vigilance wing that some brokers are charging innocent people extra for booking tickets through the tourism department’s website. Similarly, strict action will be taken against brokers who cheat innocent devotees.

Devotees are requested to book through official websites of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and Tourism Department only.
