Brixton Motorcycles (Brixton Motorcycles) from Austria is about to enter the Indian bike market. The company has now announced the launch of four new premium bikes in India.
The company sells various bikes globally with engine capacity ranging from 125cc to 1200cc. Out of which, Brixton has selected only four premium bikes of 500cc and 1200cc capacities to launch in India. Accordingly, the company is going to launch four bikes in India namely Crossfire 500 X, Crossfire 500 XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200 XC.
500cc Bikes:
Both the above 500cc bikes have the same 486cc twin cylinder engine. This engine is capable of churning out 47.5hp of power and 43Nm of torque. Among these, the 500 X model is designed in retro roadster style and the 500 XC model in scrambler style.
The Crossfire 500 X model of the retro roadster bike is priced at 6,999 euros (Rs 6.27 lakh in India) in Europe. The Crossfire 500 XC is priced at 7,699 Euros (Rs 6.91 Lakh in India) in Europe.
1200cc Bikes:
Brixton’s two 1200cc bikes, the Cromwell 1200 and the Cromwell 1200 XC, are powered by a 1222cc twin-cylinder engine. This engine is capable of producing 83hp of power and 108Nm of torque.
Among these, the Cromwell 1200 model is being sold in Europe at a price of 10,999 Euros (Rs. 9.87 Lakhs in India). Another 1200cc bike, the Cromwell 1200 XC model is priced at 11,499 Euros (Rs. 10.32 lakh in India).
Brixton has tied up with KAW Veloce Motors to sell these bikes in India. We can expect the launch of these bikes in the coming months of September or November. The company is planning to set up retail outlets in various major cities across India. Brixton Motorcycles will set up new retail outlets of the company in Chennai and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu.
