Actor Arjun Das is a rising young actor in Tamil cinema. Her unique and captivating voice has earned her a unique fan base. He made his debut as a wacky villain in Kaithi and grew into a young hero in a short span of time.

You have been my biggest inspiration in my film journey, praising my voice and sharing the flaws of all the roles I have done individually. You are the most important reason for my growth and I thank you all for that. All the directors who have given me opportunities in this journey have given me great roles. You are the reason for that. Thank you for that too.

You will be in all the Lokesh films, are you in the new Lokesh film with Rajini sir?
I am not in Leo sir, Lokesh is always my best friend, if he calls I will definitely act but as of now there is no update. Is Rajini sir in the film? He should say that.
Have you been dubbing before? Do you follow Dubbing now?
Right now I’m doing voice dubbing and nothing. There are many acting opportunities. I am focusing on it, but if Lokesh calls me for a scene, I will definitely do it.
You became famous as a villain, now you have become a hero, would you act as a villain again?
I am not a villain for now. As of now, nothing has come up as a villain in acting. He got the opportunity to act in the main roles in many films. If Lokesh calls, he will call as a villain, if he calls, I will definitely do it.
You have worked with many good directors, how do you choose them?
I chose myself and did not work with any director. Since Vasanthapalan sir, they call me as them, I act and that’s it. I am fortunate to have the best directors. Right now, I am listening to many stories and choosing my favorite ones and acting them out. I will entertain everyone by playing good roles.
How did the alchemist come about? Tell us about working with Shantha Kumar?
Working with director Santhakumar was an amazing experience. Mounaguru is my favorite movie. He was happy when he called. I liked the story. I am really honored to see him in the film. You said in an interview that you asked Lokesh for an assistant director opportunity, do you have any intention of becoming a director?
My wish is to see Kamal sir in action. I didn’t know that I was in Vikram, so I could see him if I worked as an assistant director, so I asked Lokesh. But he made me act and I witnessed Kamal sir acting. I have no intention of becoming a director.
You always do negative or action characters, when is the romance?
There is a lot of romance in Rasawadi. I have also done a romance, there is also a romance in Madhumitha Madam, watch it and tell me.
You came as a villain and grew into a hero. How is this experience?
I don’t know if I’ve grown up. After watching Tamil movies in theaters in Dubai, I came here and tried to act on screen. It is only because of your support that I get opportunities. I think I’m just making the most of the opportunities I get. I don’t think I grew up much. My journey has just begun. I think I still have a lot to achieve in my film career.
Did you struggle in the initial stages of the film industry?
I have also met a lot of Rijkson. A lot of people used to say that my voice was a minus for me, but now it has turned into a plus. It happens in everyone’s life and so is the film industry. I am learning a lot in the film industry every day.
Are you happy being an actor? No Any other field of interest?
Being an actor is what makes me happy. It’s a pleasure to be in the film industry, that’s definitely what makes me happy.
Why aren’t your films getting more hits?
It is my habit to do one film at a time. I have acted a lot last year. A lot of films will follow this year.
Has your friend Lokesh become an actor? Will you continue acting?

Why are you talking so much about Lokesh?

My mentors are directors who give me opportunities. Vignesh sir is also my mentor. I will say more about Lokesh as I have worked with him a lot. The reason is that he is there throughout my film journey.

What kind of roles do you want to play?
I have no desire to be different. In upcoming roles, I will choose roles that are set for me. Just keep doing good films and entertain people.
About your next films?
