The Mannar Magistrate has today (5) ordered to keep Dr. Archuna, who is under remand for taking photographs and video, in the Mannar General Hospital without permission and involved in a conflict.
The Mannar Magistrate has ordered that Dr. Archuna’s case has been taken up for trial through a transfer bond today, but the bail plea has been rejected and she should be kept under remand.
At the same time, the justice ordered the police to interrogate the two who entered the hospital without permission along with the doctor and made video recordings.
A complaint was filed against Doctor Archuna in Mannar Police for entering the Mannar General Hospital last Friday night without permission and disturbing the doctor who was working in the women’s maternity ward and taking photos and videos without permission.
In this case, the doctor was arrested by the Mannar Police last Saturday and when he was produced before the Mannar Magistrate, he was ordered to be remanded until the 7th.
In this situation today, the bail application for the doctor through lawyers was made in the court, and the bail application through the motion bond was rejected and the judge ordered to keep the doctor under remand.
