The death of a worker who was engaged in the construction of a house near Perundurai due to electrocution has created a lot of excitement in the area.
Vinod (28), son of Chondav Arumugam of Mettupalayam, followed Bhavani as a sannyasipatti. He has a wife and two children. Ivan, a centering worker, was engaged in the work of tying wires to construct a concrete roof of a house in Pichandambalayam, next to Perundurai on the 19th.
Then the wire in his hand rubbed the electric wire there. In this, Vinod was thrown when the electricity flowed. His fellow workers there rescued him and took him to a private hospital in Erode for treatment.
He died there without treatment. In this regard, the Perundurai police have registered a case and are investigating.
