Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who has been arrested in the liquor policy violation case, has been ordered to be remanded in judicial custody on July 12 before Delhi Special Court Judge Amitabh Rawat.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI last Wednesday (Jan 26) in the liquor policy case. From that day he was produced before Delhi Special Court Judge Amitabh Rawat. And the Rose Avenue court accepted the CBI’s request to take him into custody and allowed him to be interrogated for 3 days.

He was again produced in court today after completion of three days of remand. Justice Amitabh Rawat ordered him to be remanded in judicial custody till July 12. Following this, Arvind Kejriwal was taken back to Tihar Jail.
