Foreign MP assassinated in India? Small sadness while coming for treatment! Corrective investigation!

Police officials suspect that Bangladeshi MP Anwarul Azim Anwar (55), who came to India for treatment, may have died. It is to be noted that two days ago, she was reported missing in Kolkata.

Bangladesh’s ruling Awami League MP Anwarul Azim Anwar had come to Kolkata on May 12 for his medical treatment. The Bangladeshi MP stayed at his friend Gopal Das’ house in Kolkata. But Gopal Das lodged a complaint with the police about his disappearance two days ago.

Anwarul’s family members in Bangladesh were informed about his disappearance. Subsequently, the matter was brought to the attention of the country’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. An investigation into his disappearance has also been initiated against the Bangladesh embassy in India.

The Bengal police registered a case on the complaint filed by Gopal Das. Tried contacting him on phone to no avail. As Anwar’s cell phone was also switched off, efforts were made to search for him. Meanwhile, a dead body was found in Kolkata’s Newtown area. The West Bengal Police has said that the identity of this dismembered body has not been identified.

However, the police suspect that the body may have been dumped in the Newtown area after the murder. Similarly, the car in which Bangladeshi MP Anwarul was traveling was seized near Aquatica in Newtown last Wednesday. The police in this state are investigating whether the body of a man found in pieces could be the body of the missing Bangladeshi minister.

Anwarul’s Indian friend Gopal Das told the police, “Anwarul has been in contact with Asim’s family for 25 years. On May 12, Asim came to our house at 7 pm. Next day at 1:41 pm, he made an appointment with the doctor and went there.

He said he would return home in the evening. But he didn’t come.. He sent a message on WhatsApp that he was going to Delhi for an important job that day. He also said that he would contact him when he reached Kolkata.. I tried to contact him on phone since May 16 but got no response.’ said.

A case has been registered against him in West Bengal Police Station in India and in Bangladesh. According to ANI, three people have been arrested in Bangladesh in connection with his case. Important news about this mysterious issue will come out later.
