Chennai: The price of jewelery gold has been falling continuously for 4 days.
Due to international crude oil export and import, petrol and diesel prices fluctuate. Similarly, when inflation and demand for gold increases, the price of gold also increases.
Thus, the price of gold is rising and falling every day. On the occasion of Akshaya Trithi, the price of gold rose by Rs.1240 per Savaran in a single day. But now it is gradually decreasing.
As of today (14-05-2024) in Chennai, the price of 22 carat gold jewelery has decreased by Rs.280 to Rs.53,520 per gram and Rs.35 per gram to Rs.6,690. At the same time, the price of silver increased by 70 paise to Rs.90.70 per gram and silver sold at Rs.90,700 per kg.
