All politically aware people know that the country is heading towards a critical period. All the institutions like CBI, Army, Election Commission, Reserve Bank and media which were safe for the people till now have come under the control of RSS-BJP. The Judiciary is also struggling in the final stages.
India is a Democratic country We all agree that. In a democracy, rulers should listen to what the people have to say. The rulers should provide basic needs like education, medical, housing, employment etc. to the people. That is the basis of democracy.
But in the last 10 years of BJP rule, we can see the reverse happening. Farmers of Punjab and Aryana took to the streets and struggled for more than a year. The Central Minister’s son was killed by a car on those farmers. But the farmers did not listen to the problem. Manipur was engulfed in communal riots, and two women were stripped naked and paraded. The rulers did not even look back at them.
RSS – BJP They threaten to take what they say as scripture. Those who initially intimidated people, then gradually intimidated everyone including political party leaders, chief ministers, ministers and industrialists.
RSS-BJP wants to unite with BJP like Eknath Shinde from Maharashtra state and Ajit Pawar.
Or listen to the likes of Andhra Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy, Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Edappadi Palaniswami and survive quietly. This is the least chance given by BJP rulers.
If you twist your spine without listening to them and speak opposing views and policies, you should be in jail like Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soran, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Tamil Nadu like Senthil Balaji. This is the mantra of RSS-BJP.
A decade ago money laundering cases were FIRs. After being registered, tried and found guilty by the court, the sentence must be served in jail.
Now they have completely changed that law to suit them.
Even if a person is suspected of being guilty of money laundering, an FIR can be filed against him. Can be registered. (Evidence can be gathered later) He can be arrested immediately and kept in jail for any number of days. Not even bailable. He should prove his innocence and come out.
This is the current situation with the Anti-Money Laundering Act. They will arrest anyone they want.
The real plan of RSS-BJP is that their objective is to destroy the opposition parties, those who can speak of opposing ideologies or to disable their activities.
States like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa, West Bengal, Delhi, Punjab and Haryana, which vote against the BJP, will not be given the funds due by the central government. They even refuse to pay disaster funds. Next they will run a separate government with a governor. Beyond that, state chief ministers will be arrested and jailed. This is the way they lead the country.
This is a very dangerous totalitarian attitude. If the BJP comes back to power for the third time, opposition leaders like Russian President Vladimir Putin will jail or kill everyone and announce that they have won the elections. They tried to hold elections in India like Imran Khan was jailed in Pakistan and he shut down the party. But only Rahul Gandhi was spared by the court.
In this situation, the votes are going to be counted on June 4. If the BJP comes back to power for a third term, there is a high chance of a complete amendment to the constitution. If the Indian coalition wins and forms a new government, how will these crises be dealt with? People need to be determined and alert for anything.
