International Muthamil Murugan Conference on 24th and 25th August

The Department of Hindu Charities has announced that the International Muthamil Murugan Conference will be held in Palani on August 24 and 25.

In this regard, the Department of Hindu Charities announced in a statement that: “A website specially designed for the registration of Muruga devotees from India and abroad and professors/research students who wish to submit research papers in the International Muthamil Murugan Conference to be held on August 24 and 25, 2024 at Palani, Dindigul District ( 28.05.2024) was inaugurated by the members of the Hindu Religious Charities Advisory Committee.

Stalin In the meeting of the Hindu Religious Charities Department Advisory Committee held on 27.02.2024 under the leadership, it was decided to hold the International Muthamil Murugan Conference in 2024 at Palani, one of the houses of Arupada, so that the devotees of Muruga all over the world can know the glory of Lord Muruga, the Tamil God.

As a large number of religious elders, spiritual lovers and Muruga devotees are expected to participate in the International Muthamij Murugan Conference, in order to carry out activities such as organizing festival programs, carrying out publicity work, submitting research papers, welcoming important dignitaries visiting from abroad and providing facilities for them. A coordination committee has been formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Hindu Religious Charities, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Tourism, Culture and Charities, Special Duty Officer of Hindu Religious Charities, Commissioner, senior officers and spiritual elders.

Further, sub-committees have also been formed to speed up the activities of the Muthamil Murugan Conference. 2024 International Muthamil Murugan Conference to be held at Palani on 24th and 25th August 2024 Exhibition Hall of Arupada Houses and Famous Murugan Temples, Research Paper Reading Lab.

A conference will be organized to proclaim the glories of Lord Muruga as Velkottam so that all the people can worship on their own, speeches by religious elders, spiritual discourses, devotional music, bar and art programs will also be held. More than 2,000 participants from abroad and other states of India and tens of thousands of Muruga devotees are expected to attend the conference.
