Kia is testing the facelifted version of the Garance MPV that it sells in India. The updated facelifted version is expected to be launched in India early next year. This Kia Garance facelift model has been caught in a spyshot while it is currently being tested. What updates can we expect in this facelifted version?
The new Caron’s facelift gets a facelift with a facelift and minor tweaks to the DRLs. It is expected to get halogen headlamps on the entry-level variants and LED headlamps on the top-end variants.
It seems that there will not be any major changes in the side parts of the facelifted version. The rear is also expected to get redesigned L-shaped LED lamps, shark fin antenna and roofrail. Reshaped front, rear bumpers, new. Alloy wheels and cladding are also expected.
The interior is said to be without major design changes and the current design will be offered in the new sedan as well. The interior features include a 10.25-inch infotainment panel, digital driver’s display, 360-degree camera, air purifier, ventilated front seats, sunroof and ambient lighting.
Also, secondary ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist and blind spot monitoring are expected to be offered for safety. Also, it is said that six airbags will be offered as standard on all variants of the new Carens facelift.
No mechanical changes are expected. The current model will be powered by three engines: 1.5-litre petrol with 115hp, 1.5-litre turbo petrol with 160hp and 1.5-litre diesel with 116hp. After the launch of the Garance facelift, Kia is also planning to launch the new Garance electric car model in the second half of 2025.
