Chennai: The session of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly started on 20th June (Thursday) and the question time and discussion on departmental grant requests is going on. In this, the respective ministers are making important announcements about their respective departments.

This time, 16 people from Tamil Nadu have been selected to participate in the Paris Olympics. He announced that this time the special incentive will be increased to 7 lakh rupees.

An international standard hockey ground has been set up at the Radhakrishnan Indoor Stadium in Chennai at a cost of 10 crore rupees. An artificial runway has been set up by allocating 8 crore rupees to run Calo India in Chennai. All over Tamil Nadu, sports facilities were upgraded at a cost of Rs 355 crore.

It is planned to set up a mini stadium in every constituency and in the first phase, steps have been taken to set up a mini stadium in 9 assembly constituencies.
