Further, the Supreme Court has said that the examination committee constituted by the central government should ensure cyber security by identifying the weaknesses in the examination system, advanced identity checks and CCTV monitoring of the examination centers and inculcate technological advancements in it.
There is absolutely no irregularity in the NEET-UG 2024 question papers. The question paper leak happened only in Patna and Hazaribagh regions. The CBI is continuing its investigation.
The apex court bench said in its judgment that it has highlighted all the flaws in the procedures of the National Selection Agency. The Supreme Court bench has also ordered that the central government should resolve the NEET issue within this year so that the problems that have arisen do not recur.
