Srila Sri Hariharar Desika Paramacharya, present Madurai 293rd, in the case of Nithyananda against Madurai 292nd.

Arunagirinath, the 292nd prefect of Madurai Atheena Mutt, passed away on August 12, 2021 due to poor health. Following this, Srila Sri Hariharar Desika Gnanasampanda Desika Paramacharya Swami has been appointed as the 293rd abbot by the death of Madurai Atheena. He is currently doing work in Madurai.
In this situation, a review petition has been filed by Nithyananda in the Madurai branch of the High Court. In it, Arunagirinathar declared himself (Nithyananda) as the youngest dean of Madurai Adheenam Math in the year 2012.
He retracted this notification in 2019 amid heavy controversy. A related case is pending in the Madurai District Court.
In this situation, after the death of Arunagirinath, the 292nd preceptor of Madurai Adhina Math, I have to formally take over the responsibility as Adhinam of Madurai after him.
But now, without any agreement or will, after the death of Madurai Adinam Arunagiri Nathar, Srila Sri Hariharar Desika Gnanasampanda Desika Paramacharya Swami has been appointed as the 293rd abbot.
This is not acceptable. In this situation, in the year 2012, Arunagirinathar announced himself (Nithyananda) as the youngest Dean of the Madurai Adheenam Math. Then he refused. A related case is pending in the Madurai court.
At this stage, Madurai Adinam Arunagiri Nadhar disappeared. In this case, the judge has accepted the appointment of Srila Sri Hariharar Desika Gnanasamband Desika Paramacharya as the 293rd abbot in place of Madurai Adinam Arunagiri Nathar and added it to this case.
