Vellore | Gautam Adani Adani has sought environmental clearance to generate electricity from reservoirs in Vellore district. Adani Green Energy Company is going to generate electricity from the reservoir in Vellore.
The next steps are being taken according to the MoUs made at the World Investors Conference.
Accordingly, the Adani company is busy to generate electricity through reservoirs. Through this agreement, power will be generated from 3 reservoirs in the next 5 years.
Adani is planning to generate 1800 MW of electricity at Alleri in Vellore district. It is noteworthy that an agreement was signed last January to generate power through 3 reservoirs with an investment of Rs.24,500 crore.
