Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai in an interview to a private news agency said that the BJP will become the third largest party after Jayalalithaa’s death by getting a double-digit vote bank in Tamil Nadu in the Lok Sabha elections.DMK He also said that his party is more likely to fill the vacuum left by moving away from Hindutva ideology.
He also said that the BJP is filling the void left by the demise of Hindutva leader, ADMK leader and former chief minister Jayalalithaa. The leading leaders and activists of ADMK are strongly condemning this comment of Annamalai.
In this case, Jayalalithaa (Jeyalalitha) Annamalai said what is wrong in calling himself a Hindutva and that he is ready to discuss Hindutva with AIADMK.
Speaking in this regard, BJP President Annamalai in Chennai said, “Jayalalitha is a Hindutva, Hindutva is not a religion but a way of life. Hindutva is embracing everyone. My Hindutva is embracing everyone. It was Jayalalitha who said that Karaseva is not a wrong movement. She wants to build a Ram temple. It was Jayalalitha who started the handwriting movement.
Had Jayalalitha been there, she would have been the first person to visit the Ram temple. Let me repeat that Jayalalithaa was a staunch Hindutva. I am ready to debate whether Jayalalithaa is a Hindutva; Anyone can come to discuss. What is wrong with calling Jayalalitha a Hindutva? A debate should be a debate. Annamalai also said, “National Democratic Alliance will win in double digits in Tamil Nadu. Important leaders are competing in various places in Tamil Nadu. BJP members will go to Parliament from Tamil Nadu. BJP alliance will win in 400 seats in Lok Sabha elections.
