Salem Community Activist Complaint; Tamil Nadu government allowed to prosecute Annamalai

The Tamil Nadu government has given permission to file a case against Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai based on the complaint filed by a Salem social activist.

Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai has been spreading false information to create conflict among the people of Tamil Nadu, social activist Beus has filed a case in Salem demanding that appropriate action should be taken against him.

Judge Yuvraj of the Salem Court Judicial Department, who heard the case, ordered that the permission of the government should be obtained as the case has been filed under the section of the law that causes conflict between two communities.

In this situation, Government Secretary Nandakumar has given permission to file a case against Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai in the Salem court on the complaint filed by social activist Beus.

A copy of the permission has been sent to the court and is expected to be heard soon. Subsequently, Annamalai is expected to be summoned to appear and the investigation will take place.
