MK Stalin: Chief Minister Stalin said that people should protect themselves from the summer heat.

The scorching heat in Tamil Nadu is increasing day by day. For the past few days, some districts of Tamil Nadu have experienced heat waves exceeding 100 degrees.

In this case, the Indian Meteorological Department has warned that extreme heat and heat wave may occur in the inner districts of North Tamil Nadu for the next 5 days.

Thus, the public should be careful and alert. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has advised the public that we will overcome the heat wave period with sensible actions.

In a statement issued by him in this regard, “He advised to drink water frequently and eat water-rich vegetables and urged to protect children, pregnant women and the elderly from the heat.”

Also, drinking water should be carried while travelling. Avoid going out in sun unnecessarily, drink water, lemon juice, O.R. S. To sip. Call a nearby person for help if you feel dizzy, tired, extremely thirsty, headache, leg, wrist or abdominal pain.

Seek medical attention if very tired or dizzy. He said that although it is a minor problem, it should not be taken lightly and said that the government administration has ordered to act carefully.
