Former Minister Senthil Balaji was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on June 14 last year in the case of the Prohibition of Illegal Money Transfer Act. After this, Senthil Balaji was taken into custody and the Enforcement Department conducted an investigation, and a charge sheet was also filed.

Following this, former minister Senthil Balaji has been in judicial custody since last year. Senthil Balaji’s multiple bail pleas were rejected by the Madras court. As Senthil Balaji’s court custody is over today, he was produced in court today through video.
