Semolina – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Coconut – 1 cup
Sugar – three quarter cup
Salt – quarter spoon
Cardamom powder – 1 spoon

Recipe
Add one cup of semolina and one cup of water in a vessel and let it soak for an hour. On the other hand, add ghee in a pan, add cashews, raisins and grated coconut and fry it.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar, roasted cashews, raisins and coconut to the soaked semolina, add a little salt and add cardamom powder and mix well to form a dough. You can add water if required.
Now put paniyara stone in the oven and when it is hot add ghee and pour the prepared batter.
Once it gets golden brown on both sides, you can take it out. That’s it, the delicious sweet semolina paniyaram is ready.
